Jake Amerine, PharmD
Dr. Amerine earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Lincoln, NE, and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy in Chapel Hill, NC. He completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at Novant Health in Winston-Salem, NC, and a PGY2 Health System Medication Use Management residency at University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill, NC.
Jake has worked as a pharmacist and pharmacy technician in hazardous, non-hazardous, and 503A sterile compounding facilities dating back to 2010.

Lindsey Amerine, PharmD, MS, BCPS, CPEL, FASHP, FHOPA
Dr. Amerine earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wyoming School of Pharmacy in Laramie, WY, and her Master of Science degree with an emphasis in Health-System Pharmacy Administration from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy in Chapel Hill, NC. She completed a PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency at University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill, NC.
Lindsey has overseen hospital pharmacy operations including oversight for hazardous and non-hazardous sterile cleanrooms, including opening six infusion centers. She is the co-editor on the Compounding Sterile Preparations 5th Edition book.
She is the recipient of the 2012, 2013, 2015, and 2022 ASHP Best Practice Awards, 2015 ASHP Foundation Literature Award, 2017 ASHP Foundation Excellence in Medication Safety Award, and 2018 and 2019 ACCC Innovator Awards.

Scott Savage, PharmD, MS
Scott Savage received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the UNC Chapel Hill, and Masters degree in Health System Pharmacy Administration from The Ohio State University. Currently, Scott serves as the Executive Vice Dean-Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer for the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy and Chief Financial Officer for the Eshelman Innovation, and Associate Professor within the Practice Advancement and Clinical Education division.
Additionally, he is founder and owner of Perseverance Advisory Solutions that serves as an operating partner and consultant bringing value across different industries where people drive innovation and excellence. Prior to these positions, he served in a myriad of leadership positions for UNC Pharmacy Services within UNC Health and other academic/community based hospital systems.
Scott resides in Raleigh, NC with his wife Melanie and their children Lila (18), Susanna (15) and Hill (12). He enjoys time at home, on a lake or in the mountains, UNC and Ohio State sports, and community advocacy for individuals living in recovery from addiction.
